It's Prk!*
To make my Jewish friends cry
I'm stuffed with sausage
I'm so glad I found the Troy Pork Store. It's sooo good. Can you believe *I* forgot to try their bacon? As it stands, their breakfast sausage, pork chops and landjäger totally rawk. Tonight it's franks and burgers (with beef from a local farm I've never tried before). God I can't wait to get home. I'm so freaking tired I can barely keep my eyes open today. Guh.
*Prk (sounds like perk) was how our old Jewish roommate used to pronounce pork. It stuck and we still use it nearly a decade later. Some day I'll have to tell the story about how I used his special dishes to cook some bacon. Oh wait, I think I just did. What can I say, I grew up Catholic in the Midwest, how the hell was I supposed to know that god preferred Revereware over Corningware?

A local farm cures their own hams and kielbasa (their Polish). And bacon.to.die.for. I hope your bringing goodies home with ya.
LOL @ your por-ku.
I love a good pork roast. I'll eat pork over beef any day.
You have to return for the BACON! We're gonna need suppliers for Bacon Station, ya know, so this is research.
Drool. Drool. Did I say, Drool?
I am going to go make some bacon right now.
Drooldrooldrool.
