I just can't help but tease him when he says "how to make [XYZ dish] the right way". Bwahahahaha. There is no right way for me; I see it as just simply a widely agreed on "proper" way to do it. I've already thoroughly bastardized their recipe for Boston baked beans; I just do what works for me and best uses what I can get/have on hand.
