*hangs head in shame* I've never seen even one episode of this................
I remember trying to watch it when it first came out - I was probably 13 at the time - and it scared the begeezes out of me. When I met Mr. Val in 1998 we started watching it together (it's less scary that way - haha!) and I've been a huge fan ever since. I still haven't seen a lot from 93-98, so it will be cool to see a bunch of new stuff.

It's very surreal, somewhere between sci-fi and horror, with lots of humor and good character development - if that appeals to you, you may want to check it out sometime.
hmm -- yes I should-- I used to love SciFi stuff....horror not so much. I do like Duchcovny a lot, though. Thanks!
First off, how dare you be 13 when this started.

Secondly, WOW! I saw this in a shop this week for $215!!!!!!! Smoke 'em if you got 'em -- get that cheaper rate, yo.
Sweet deal! That show was great. I didn't get started right away. I think it was by the 3rd season.
tempting...tempting...

thanks for the heads-up!

You could get this for ME for Christmas next year. It will be cheaper by then...
How about I put it up in 9 minute segments on youtube? LOL!!
Fair enough, if you must...

I only started watching this when more than a handful of people would stop me and say, "You look like the woman from the X-Files!"

The wha?

The first time then-hubby and I watched it, I had to turn it off. It was freaking me out. Not the show - but seeing my doppelganger on the screen. We tried again the next week and we were hooked. Great show!

umm.. holycrapthat'sawesome!!

it's awfully tempting.. but i gotta save mah (ass)pennies!! *whine*
It arrived today...it's so purdy I could just cry.
