My reverence of the great and powerful R. Stevens has been madeapparentseveraltimesinthehistoryofthis blog. Today, I would like to point you to his site BaconBot, a place for bacon pr0n which speaks for itself.
Bacon is good. I could go for some bacon that has been lovingly wrapped around a bit of green bean and then sizzled up in the oven - perhaps topped with little mushrooms (the ones in the can).
Or, I could just eat bacon alone. Bacon is the perfect food.
I buy 5 pound boxes of bacon "ends" and fry the whole sucker up and make one huge BLT out of it. Cheddar on top is the capper but fresh maters don't hurt. Bacon in potato soup with scallions and cheeze is another baconomic diversion. Just before "to hard" but right after chewy/fatty. Not too cooked, not too under cooked.
Hey Lauri, Rich writes a comic called Diesel Sweeties. There are two versions, one is syndicated and clean enough for the comics page and the other is his original webcomic. You'd get a kick out of them, especially if you're into robot romance. ;-)
